We’re so excited to host you for a fun-filled day of cultural entertainment! We’ll have races all morning and early afternoon along the water, top-notch performances under the big tent, a mini-Asian food festival, kids activities, and the always-popular dumpling eating contest! Come and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event along the Pawtucket River in Rhode Island’s Blackstone Valley!!
This free event. Donations are welcome to support the future of this event. Look for the Feed The Dragon display (under the tent at the Festival Entrance on Tim Healey Way.)
Spectators, bring a chair to find a spot along the river or grab a seat in the grandstand.
Well-behaved dogs, on a leash no longer than 6 feet and cleaned-up after, are welcome. Please keep in mind, the event gets very busy with attendees and the noise level is loud.
Team Captains must check in at the registration tent to get their team’s packet and be directed to their tent. Wristbands must be given to team members on their roster and worn all day. You will not be able to race without a wristband on.

FREE PARKING LOTS:
100 Main Street (next to large white building that used to be a department store)
Prospect Street & Pond Street (former Memorial Hospital Parking Lot - CLICK HERE for GPS)
Please park in the designated lines
YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE ABOVE LOTS BY 4:00PM.
After 4pm, vehicles will be subject to being towed and/or charged for parking.
There is NO PARKING at Festival Pier.
FREE SHUTTLE BUS: 8 AM - 4 PM and runs on a continuous loop approximately every 15-20 minutes.
SHUTTLE BUS STOPS: (Look for “Wait Here for Shuttle” signs)

Pond Street across from Summit Street - On sidewalk next to parking lot at former Memorial Hospital property
DRAGON BOAT TEAM VEHICLES: No team vehicles will be permitted on Tim Healey Way on race day. Parking in the area is extremely limited. You may drop off team members and gear at the top of Tim Healey Way. Teams will be notified in advance regarding a designated parking lot that will be open for team entry-only between 6am and 8am.
LEGAL NOTE: Blackstone Valley Tourism Council does not manage these lots and is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles that choose to park here.
